I am a Provisional Psychologist licensed by the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) in Alberta and a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), offering services across other Canadian provinces.

My therapeutic approach involves addressing the issues my clients identify with sensitivity and care, guiding them thoughtfully as they work to release the emotional pain and confusion that burden them. I do this by focusing on any missing or flawed understanding, tracing the origins of their challenges, and systematically dismantling them.

I understand that while my clients aim to move beyond what holds and hurts them, they also seek to know why these issues occur—questioning, for instance, why events unfolded as they did or why they reacted in certain ways. As clarity emerges, I stand alongside them, helping to integrate this new understanding and fostering a reality characterized by balance, peace, and sound judgment. This process not only alleviates their pain but also addresses many of their deeper questions.

To facilitate this work effectively, I employ multiple approaches that incorporates techniques from Narrative Therapy, EFT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and more.
