This screening wil be done in person with Daniel Klassen in his clinic office.
 
The SCID-5-PD is a standardized questionnaire that helps screen for ten different personality disorders, as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5). This screening tool helps determine whether you exhibit traits associated with one or more of the disorders under DSM-5.
 
While the SCID-5-PD is not a standalone diagnostic instrument and therefore Daniel will not be able to offer you a formal diagnosis, yet it serves as a first step in understanding your personality patterns and behaviors.
 
This screening is done in-clinic and after purchase, Daniel will connect with you concerning booking a session for testing.
