2. Am I the right therapist for you?

Please email me with a request a free, 15-minute, initial consultation. Tell me what days and times of those days would work for you to meet with me. I will contact you via email and set up a time to meet that works for the both of us. In coming to the end of this consultation, if you feel happy with what you hear, please book your first session with us.
4. Help me get to know you and your situation.
​In My Story, write out who you are as a person and what you are going through. The more thorough an explanation you can provide the better (within reason please) then submit. At a later time, if I feel I need even more detail, I will ask then for you to fill out our Comprehensive Intake Form, which is located in the Forms section.
5. Let's get started!

To schedule a session with me, click on the CONTACT ME button and provide a range of days and times you are available to meet. I will review your availability and respond with a specific time from the options you provided. Please let me know whether you wish to meet me in-person or online. Once we confirm a day and time that works for the both of us, please either send the session fee via e-transfer to fhcts@outlook.com or provide your credit card information to me so I can charge you for one hour corresponding to the scheduled session.
