2. Are we the right people for you?

Please email us with a request for a free, 15-minute, initial consultation. Tell us what days and times of those days would work for you to meet with us. Also, let us know if you have a preference on your counsellor's gender.

We will contact you via email and set up a time to meet that works for the both of us. In coming to the end of this consultation, if you feel happy with what you hear, please book your first session with us.
4. Help us get to know you and your situation.

In My Story, write out for us who you are and what you are going through. The more thorough and explanation you can provide the better (within reason please) then submit. At a later time, if we feel we need even more detail, we will ask then for you to fill out our Comprehensive Intake Form, which is located in the Forms section.
